We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Similarly, Desert Hockey Development does not discriminate against any client or applicant for services on any of the above criteria, and is committed to the promotion of diversity in all of its programs. All staff are expected to uphold and further this policy.

Desert Hockey Development will monitor compliance with this policy and will initiate a grievance procedure to aggressively investigate all allegations of non-compliance.
